Instructions for presenters
To limit time wasting,
we kindly ask presenters
to upload their presentation file (preferably pdf)
on the plugged computer of the amphitheater
before the beginning of the session.
Presenters are pleased to make themselves known to the chair of the session.
Presentation should not last more than 20 minutes.
Discussion rooms
During the conference,
two open rooms with blackboards
will be made available for free discussion.
They both are located in the ISIMA building
(see the yellow pointing on
the annotated map)
and they are named A211 (2nd floor) and A001 (ground floor), respectively.
